Chart Reader extracts numbers from a table, chart or screenshot and returns them as structured rows with the axes and units they were read against. It reports the resolution of each value so a reader can tell a printed figure from an interpolated one, and it refuses to guess at a value the image does not actually show. Useful when a report is published as an image and the data behind it is not available.
